We believe that all members of the body of Christ are on mission, called to proclaim and demonstrate the Gospel to the world.
Our desire is to be a people that reflect Jesus’ words in Acts 1:8: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” We live out this desire by raising up, training, and sending out long-term church-planting teams to unreached peoples around the world—that we might be part of helping complete the Great Commission to make disciples of all nations. While our people often serve in practical ways while overseas, all of our efforts are geared toward making disciples and sharing the Gospel with those who have not yet heard.

World Mandate
Each year we host a missions conference called World Mandate. This 2-day gathering is filled with worship, messages on God’s heart for the nations, and practical opportunities for people to get involved directly with reaching the nations with the Gospel. World Mandate is a highlight weekend each and every year.
Short Term Trips
Impact Trips
Every year we send out a host of short-term trips, which we call Impact Trips, to various locations around the world. These trips range from 1-2 weeks, and provide a great opportunity for people to serve one of our long-term teams on the field and gain experience in the nations.
Serve Projects
Serve Projects range from 6-12 months in length. Serve interns work alongside long-term teams on the field and invest in their efforts on the ground.
Global Impact Internships
The Global Impact Internship is a 9-month opportunity to serve in the Global Impact department to help mobilize, train, send, and support workers on the field. It’s a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of missions.
Engage the Nations
Engage the Nations is a summer internship for anyone interested in serving overseas among the unreached. These internships are done in partnership with long-term church planting teams on the field. The primary focus of this internship is sharing the Gospel and making disciples among those who have never heard. Through partnering with other Antioch churches as well as field staff overseas, we are able to offer a variety of locations for people to serve each summer.

Long Term Church Planting
Team Training
Each team going overseas trains in team building essentials. Our goal is to equip each team to be effective and resilient in what they are called to do. The first half of this training takes place prior to launch, while the second half is facilitated on the field.
Ongoing Pastoral Covering
Each person sent out is covered by a pastoral care team member, who checks in monthly with them to make sure they are staying healthy emotionally and spiritually. Ideally we like to have our people cared for by people they are already in relationship with prior to launch.
On-Field Connection
Once on the field our workers are connected with the greater network of Antioch field workers, through which they receive strategic input and periodic training, as well as pastoral and team training input.
Church Planting School
The Church Planting School exists to train people who are being sent out as church planters in other nations. This 3-month intensive is a hands-on experience designed to equip students for cross cultural church planting among the unreached. The school includes equipping in language and culture acquisition, thriving spiritually and emotionally on the field, and Biblical strategies for making reproducing disciples and churches among the unreached. It is a prerequisite for everyone sent out overseas long-term with Antioch and is only available to those already committed to a team and approved to go overseas.
