Discipleship School
The Antioch Discipleship School is a nine-month discipleship intensive for anyone who is hungry to be transformed and ready to surrender their lives for lifelong, radical obedience unto Jesus and His purposes in the Earth. We believe that as we give ourselves to the work of rooting our hearts and lives deep in the ways of God, we will not only take part in the rewarding work of spiritual formation, but will also see the world changed.
Curriculum
The Antioch Discipleship School (ADS) is built on a proven, Spirit-filled curriculum developed over 30+ years within the global Antioch Movement. It’s a transformational journey designed to root you deeply in the ways of God, shape you into the image of Jesus, and launch you into the mission of God –right where you are and to the ends of the earth.

Through a combination of in-person and video teachings, the core curriculum of ADS is designed to impact students at a heart level - seeing them firmly rooted and established in the foundations of the Christian life. These foundations are drawn from biblical teachings expressed in six main categories: Character of God, Biblical Worldview, Personal Wholeness, Healthy Relationships, Great Commission Mindset, and Life Skills.

Almost everything we do at the Antioch Discipleship School centers around discipleship. We believe that lifelong transformation and obedience to Jesus is best walked out when we give trusted people permission to offer wisdom, mentorship, feedback, and help that we couldn’t get on our own. As we commit to humbly and authentically open our lives up to those around us, we in turn cultivate the soil of our lives for the plans and purposes of God to flourish in and through us.

We build authentic, Christ-centered community where shared life and vulnerability create space for real growth and lasting impact.

When we connect with others who are committed to following Jesus, we set ourselves up for the support and encouragement we need to thrive. We believe that community is meant to play a vital and essential role in the life of every believer. Fellowship around the table, laughing together, and practicing vulnerability are essential parts of ADS and values we consistently practice throughout the year.

Presence
We cultivate a lifestyle anchored in the presence of God, where intimacy with Him shapes every step we take.

One of our greatest joys at the Antioch Discipleship School is spending time lingering in the presence of God. ADS is intentionally structured to allow space for each student to regularly meet with the Lord and experience the rich life and peace found only in His presence. Connecting to the heart of God, extended times of worship, and practicing listening to the voice of the Lord for ourselves and others, are all part of our regular rhythms as a class. We are committed to yielding to the Spirit of God and allowing His presence in the room be the most important thing.

Formation
We embrace Spirit-led formation that refines our character and calls us into greater wholeness and Christlikeness.

At the heart of the Antioch Discipleship School is a desire to see every student experience lifelong, radical transformation. We believe that our pursuit of God should ultimately lead us to being formed into the image of God - our lives bearing witness to His love, grace, and power. While we highly value growing in knowledge, the Antioch Discipleship School is not academically focused, but rather a spirit-filled and spirit-led learning experience designed to spur on spiritual formation that leads to greater wholeness and a thriving relationship with Jesus. This process of formation is catalyzed through our joyful surrender and yielding to the intentional work of the Spirit in every area of our hearts and every day lives.

Mission
We learn to live on mission with Jesus, carrying His love and power to our city, our nation, and the ends of the earth.

The Antioch Discipleship School is committed to seeing every student activated to live a life on mission in every sphere of their life. Our curriculum and rhythms as a class are intentionally designed to always be imparting vision and action toward reaching the world, and those around us, with the Gospel of Jesus.
Immersion
Track
Designed to run alongside the core ADS experience, this track is for those craving more — more of Jesus, deeper transformation, and greater activation.

Students in the Immersion Track commit to the same schedule and rhythms as the core ADS experience, but with an additional investment of both time and heart – creating space for more formation, more leadership development, and more time in God’s presence alongside others who are hungry for more.

Schedule: Sundays from 3:30-7:30pm plus Mondays and Wednesday from 8:30am-12pm.
Tuition: $3,250/student (ADS Tuition + $1,000 Immersion Track Experience)
Overseas Trip: Immersion Track Students will be required to attend a 4-week overseas trip in early June. (Exact Trip Dates TBD)

The 2026-2027 school year kicks off with Welcome Weekend which includes dinner Friday, September 4th and an all day Student Orientation Saturday, September 11th & 12th. (Welcome Weekend attendance is mandatory for all students). The rest of the school will run from September 13th, 2026 to May 23, 2027.

The Antioch Discipleship School meets every Sunday night from 3:30-7:30pm starting September 13th through May 23rd. In addition, students will be required to attend a 2-week overseas trip in early June. (Exact Trip Dates TBD).
Students who choose to do the optional Immersion Track Program meet Monday and Wednesday mornings, in addition to Sunday evenings. Immersion Track Students will be required to attend a 4-week overseas trip in early June. (Exact trip dates TBD).

From recent college grads and working young professions to families and empty nesters, the Antioch Discipleship School is open to anyone 18 and older.

Tuition for the Antioch Discipleship School is $2,250/student. (The Immersion Track Experience costs an additional +$1,000/student).
This cost does not include the overseas outreach at the end of the year, however, support raising for the overseas outreach will occur during the school term. (Students will be responsible to pay out of pocket any amount not covered through support raising).

We do not offer discounts or tuition assistance, however, friends and family may contribute to your tuition. (Tuition donations will not be tax-deductible to the donor.)

Tuition may be paid upfront or through a 6-month payment plan, beginning on the first day of class. (Fundraising for the overseas outreach will occur during the school term.)

The Antioch Discipleship School does not offer childcare.

Discipleship School students will be required to attend all classes and school related events. Frequent or consecutive absences will not be permitted; however, if occasional conflicts do arise, students may speak with a member of the ADS Leadership Team on a case-by-case basis.
